Compass Project Management has been engaged by The GPT Group to assist in the tenancy delivery phase of Charlestown Square. Compass will provide experienced Tenancy Coordinators to assist the GPT team to deliver over 250 new tenancies by the end of 2010.

Compass has been engaged by Woolworths Limited to deliver Stage 1 of the new Vincentia Marketplace. For this greenfield project, Compass will be providing Development and Project Management services. Vincentia Marketplace will contain a Big W, Woolworths Supermarket, Aldi Supermarket and around 60 food and specialty stores. There will also be around 1050 carparking spaces.

Compass Project Management welcomes Ian Goodman - Senior Project Manager, to the Sydney office. Ian brings over 25 years of international experience to Compass as a Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager and Project Manager with a broad depth of knowledge and experience in the property industry. His professional background as a Quantity Surveyor is the basis of his strengths in all aspects of cost control, procurement and contractual procedures.
