Compass is pleased to announce it has been appointed project manager by Charter Hall to assist in the redevelopment of the Gowrie St Mall in Singleton. Approx. $35M in value it will include a new Coles supermarket, expansion of the existing Woolworths and Big W stores, an increase in specialty and refurbishment of the existing mall plus a multistory carpark.

Compass Retail Delivery has been engaged by Centro Properties to provide Tenancy Coordination services across their NSW Shopping Centre portfolio.
