Owned by the Land Development Agency (LDA), the Kingston Foreshore represents a new era of development in Canberra; Kingston Foreshore is a 37-hectare redevelopment site on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin that is integral to Canberra’s past, and the place to be in Canberra’s present and future.

Compass Project Management resources were seconded directly by LDA to assist with its internal delivery of infrastructure and assist with asset sales which, on completion will provide the Kingston Foreshore community with a vibrant and exciting mixed use residential and commercial waterfront development.
