Owned and managed by Dexus (formerly DB RREEF), the Casula Mall is a sub-regional (19,545m2) shopping centre situated in the Liverpool City Shire. The centre includes two supermarkets as well as 45 specialty shops.

Compass Project Management were engaged as the Client Representative and Project Manager. Compass Project Management provided an objective and impartial application of the contract whilst maintaining effectiveness of project timelines, budgets, and quality. The project includes a general refurbishment upon the centre, a new mall, construction of a specialty loading dock, upgrade of base building services and internal modifications to existing tenancies.

In conjunction with the progress of the development, Compass Project Management, were also engaged to complete the delivery of tenancies, ranging from minor upgrades, de-fits, relocations, & tenancies new to the centre. The leasing mix saw tenancies successfully being relocated, and a mini major being delivered, as well as the successful coordination of a major department store reduction. All tenancies were of high quality; with all fit outs reflecting objectives of the project.
