Owned and managed by Dexus (formerly DB RREEF), the Plumpton Marketplace is a sub-regional shopping centre, situated in the Blacktown City Shire.

Compass Project Management were engaged as the Client Representative and Project Manager. Compass Project Management provided an objective and impartial application of the contract whilst maintaining effectiveness of project timelines, budgets, and quality. The refurbishment included the supply and installation of a new façade, associated works to the main car park and internal mall works. During the refurbishment, essential services were completed to satisfy current code requirements.
