Owned and managed by Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), Water gardens Town Centre is the focal point of the community in the growing township of Taylor’s Lakes in Melbourne’s Western suburbs.

Project Management were engaged as the client representative and project manager for the development. Compass Project Management provided an objective and impartial application of the contract whilst maintaining effectiveness of project timelines, costs, and quality. The development provided an additional 35,000m2 of GLA, 1500 car parks and includes an upgrade to the existing food court, cinema complex and centre.
