Owned and managed by Stockland, Merrylands Mall is located within the Holroyd Council.

Compass Project Management has been engaged as project manager and client representative to administer and coordinate the $120m construction rebuild of stages 1 & 2 of the centre. The development will provide first class retail facilities to the Holroyd region and will attract local and national retailers.

The development has been split into two stages with both stages adding approximately 27,000m2 of GLA to the centre. Concurrently, the development will include a new 5 level car park, which will add approximately 2,400 spaces upon completion.

Stage 1 & 2 are currently under construction and are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2009. This stage will also a feature a new food court, K-Mart and Target, as well as approximately 105 new retailers.
