Owned and managed by Dexus (formerly DB RREEF), the Casula Mall is a sub-regional (19,545m2) shopping centre situated in the Liverpool City Shire. The centre includes two supermarkets as well as 45 specialty shops.

Compass Project Management were engaged to complete the delivery of tenancies, ranging from minor upgrades, de-fits, relocations, & tenancies new to the centre. The leasing mix saw tenancies successfully being relocated, and a mini major being delivered, as well as the successful coordination major department store reduction. All tenancies were of high quality; with all fit outs reflecting objectives of the project.
