Owned and managed by Dexus (formerly DB RREEF), the Plumpton Marketplace is a sub-regional shopping centre, situate in the Blacktown City Shire.

Compass Project Management were engaged to provide tenancy coordination and delivery services. The new leasing strategy saw a mix of both national, and ‘mum & dad’ lessees being brought into the centre. Compass Project Management also provided Retail Design Management service to review and approve individual tenancy designs.

Compass Project Management provided expert knowledge of the fit-out process, and successfully dealt with extensive reconfiguration of services, as well as the delivery of minor upgrades, relocations, & tenancies new to the centre to a total of 35 tenancies. The target trade dates for all tenancies was met, providing a successful re-launch of the centre.
