Owned and managed by Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), the Canberra Centre located in the CBD of Canberra. The centre is a reflection of quality and sheer exclusivity of being the only shopping centre based within the central business district.

Compass Project Management were engaged to assist in the tenancy coordination of the Canberra Centre. Compass staff were seconded into QIC to assist with the tenancy delivery and to utilize QIC’s existing tenancy delivery structure and methodology. Compass Project Management successfully delivered 35 tenancies throughout a two staged re-launch.
